VILLA JOŠKA – since 1936

Immediately by the sea, on the beautiful unique part of Brela, the old house built 1936. by our Czech grandma Josefa - Joška (originally as a boarding house) provide pleasant accommodation for many generations of our guests. Natural surrounding, numerous Mediterranean plant species and an appealing interior with a mix of antique and modern gives a special charm and atmosphere. Own garden, separate for each apartment of villa Joška provides you relax in the shade and refreshment during hot summer days. As a special convenience, apartment A1 Tramontana has private south garden beside the sea. Apartments A1 Tramontana and A2 Grego levante are placed on the ground floor of Villa Joška, directly beside the see, just few steps from the famous pebble beach Punta Rata.

For your full privacy it is the possibility of renting both apartments as a whole together with the garden and two covered parking spaces.

Also, we offers apartment A3 (cottage), a small self-standing villa with sea view behind villa Joška. 

Brela

Brela is place unique in its marvelous beaches, Mediterranean climate, crystal blue sea, fragrant pine forest, olive groves and vineyards bellow slide nature park - Biokovo mountain. It's difficult to say what view is more beautiful; from the see to green forest slope and Biokovo cliffs and picturesque settlement, or from the mountain Biokovo to the coast, islands and sea.
You can enjoy in long walks or byking by the see coast and taste various Dalmatian specialties in the restaurants and taverns. As a well, your holidays in Brela can be supplement by water sports, tennis, hiking, rafting and canyoning in wonderful river Cetina canyon (around 25 km from Brela).

There are two apartment units 2(+2) each on the ground floor of villa for our guests, "Tramontana"(A1) and "Grego levante" (A2). Each apartment has private terrace and garden, ensured covered parking space and grill in the garden. Quietly Mediterranean ambience and just few footsteps to the pebble beach "Punta Rata", one of the 10 most beautiful world beaches will provide you a wonderful vacation.

Apartment "Tramontana" (A1)

Apartment TRAMONTANA (A1) with two separate entrances and an attached garden offers you complete privacy: a large south-facing terrace with a beautiful view to the sea and the islands of Brač and Hvar leads through a private garden (100m2) directly to the beach. You also have a grill in northern garden at your disposal. The apartment is air-conditioned.

NEW! Apartment A1 Tramontana in the season 2024 has a new design: a living room with a new kitchen – exit to the southern terrace with a sea view and the garden by the sea in the extension, a bedroom north oriented (with another separate entrance) bathroom renovated...  

Apartment "Grego levante" (A2)

Apartment GREGO LEVANTE (A2):  The pleasant and charming apartment with antique details has a separate entrance, private part of the garden and a terrace (approx. 80 m2) overlooking the sea through a pine forest. Grill is at your disposal. The apartment is air-conditioned.

Apartment "Cottage" (A3)

Apartment COTTAGE (A3) (2+2): small selfstanding villa immediately behind villa Joška with sea view. Include a private garden terrace in shade "Kostela" (Celtis australis) and Horse chestnut trees, outdoor solar douche, own parking place and grill in the garden. The apartment is air-conditioned.
