VILLA JOŠKA - since 1936. 

There are two apartment unit 2(+2) each on the ground floor of villa for our guests, "Tramontana"(A1) and "Grego levante" (A2). Each apartment has private terrace and garden, ensured covered parking space and grill in the garden. Quietly Mediterranean ambience and just few footsteps to the pebble beach "Punta Rata", one of the 10 most beautiful world beaches will provide you a wonderful vacation. 

COTTAGE A3 (2+2): small selfstanding villa immediately behind villa Joška with sea view. Include a private garden terrace in shade "Kostela" (Celtis australis) and Horse chestnut trees, outdoor solar douche, own parking place and grill in the garden. The apartment is air-conditioned.

Apartment „TRAMONTANA“ (A1): This apartment with two separate entrances and an attached garden offers you complete privacy: a large south-facing terrace with a beautiful view to the sea and the islands of Brač and Hvar leads through a private garden (100m2) directly to the beach. You also have a grill in northern garden at your disposal. The apartment is air-conditioned.
NEW! Apartment A1 Tramontana in the seasson 2024 awaits you in a new design: a living room with a new kitchen – exit to the southern terrace with a sea view and the garden by the sea in the extension, a bedroom north oriented (and another separate entrance) bathroom renovated...

Apartment „GREGO LEVANTE“ (A2):  The charming apartment with antique details has a separate entrance, private part of the garden and a terrace (approx. 80 m2) overlooking the sea through a pine forest. Grill is also at your disposal. The apartment is air-conditioned.
